Located on Avithos Beach, the taverna is a mere 5 minutes by car from "Villa Sarri" and just one minute away from our winery, "Sarris Winery." Positioned right above the enchanting Avithos Beach, we utilize local products and our olive oil "Panochori," extracted from our olive groves on the slopes of Ainos Mountain. We are dedicated to cooking island Mediterranean recipes with a creative mood and a modern perspective, perfectly combined with the labels from our winery.

Set in a landscape of incredible natural beauty, forming what is essentially a wooden balcony over the sandy beach of Avithos with its turquoise waters, our restaurant is surrounded by lush greenery. It is the ideal place to relax, enjoy the unique view, and taste authentic local cuisine updated to the present day with products from small producers. Our menu includes local meat and fish, Kefalonian cheeses, and herbs and spices such as oregano, thyme, mint, and capers.

Our most well-known signature dishes include:

  • Aubergines (eggplants) in tomato sauce with local feta cheese and parsley,
  • Cod “Aliada” featuring fried cod, garlic mashed potato, and boiled beets,
  • Kefalonian meat pie made traditionally with local meat,
  • Fried squid (calamari) served with homemade garlic mayo,
  • Prawns grilled with olive oil, fresh lemon, and oregano.
